The Hollins House, constructed in 1929 for decorated amateur golfer and Pasatiempo developer Marion Hollins, features beautiful, sweeping views of the Monterey Bay and Santa Cruz. Our California inspired cuisine is meticulously prepared by Executive Chef John Paul Lechtenberg, as featured in the GoodTimes and Edible Monterey, uses ingredients grown in the nearby garden, and fresh goods from the abundant local farmers markets. Our seasonal menus are complimented by an international wine list, offering over 70 selections, including several boutique producers from the Santa Cruz Mountains. Our exceptional service is a testament to the tradition of generous hospitality started by Marion Hollins nearly a century ago.
